Asks you first: “Want me to walk you through your password setup now? (yes/no)” No yes means it stops.
Explains your two choices. Grok Bot's Vault is built in (Settings, then Vault). Or connect 1Password if you already use it.
With Vault: when a bot makes a new account and lets Vault pick the password, Vault makes it and saves it. The bot never sees it. Next time, Vault fills it in.
With 1Password: 1Password fills a saved login after you approve it. The bot doesn't see the password or the code. (It needs a 1Password Individual or Families plan on 1password.com.)
Shows you how to add your business email and a debit card in Vault (Settings, then Vault, then New item). You type the card in yourself.
Shows you how to add the Ask-first rules in Settings, then General, then Auto-review. They work for all four bots.
Tells your Chief of Staff it's done, then waits for the next step.

Good to know: Vault has no setting that asks before each card use. Your Ask-first rule 'Buying anything' is what makes every bot stop and ask.
