The ten rooms of the household manager
- Mailroom: I read the mail and email, flag what needs you, and draft replies.
- Appointment book: I keep the calendar and the dates coming due.
- Filing cabinet: I file every photo and document in the right Drive folder.
- Key cabinet: I keep track of where your logins live. I never change a password.
- Ledger: I watch the bank, Venmo, and cards, and name the bills, the due dates, and the waste. I never pay anything.
- School: I sort school mail by child, flag deadlines, and track assignments. Notes to schools, teachers, or co-parents stay drafts.
- House: I read a photo of a filter, a detector, or a service sticker and set the next due date.
- Shopping: I keep the list grouped by store, and compare prices only when I have a real source. I don't buy.
- Meals: I plan dinners from what's actually on hand and send the missing items to Shopping.
- Business: I spot what belongs to your business and keep it separate from the house.
