Family Package: The Family Butler for Grok Bot
The Family Package is one PDF for keeping a family's week straight: school mail, dinners, the family calendar, and, for families who share parenting across two homes, logistics for handoffs and swaps.
Download it. Upload it to your Grok Bot and it walks you through setting up the routines. You approve anything that sends, pays, or deletes. Price: $37.
The Family Butler: School, Meals, the Appointment book, and co-parenting logistics, in one setup prompt for Grok Bot.
$37
The four rooms
- School: sorts school mail by child; pulls out dates, forms, things to pack, and money due, with sources; sends a nightly What's tomorrow note; reads portals only if you sign them in.
- Meals: plans dinners for your nights from what's on hand, treats allergies as hard rules, and keeps the shopping list. It never buys.
- Appointment book: catches dates, proposes events (added after your yes), and flags conflicts and pickup collisions against both calendars.
- Co-parenting logistics: keeps one parenting calendar and a factual swap log, pulls only the logistics out of the other parent's messages, and drafts neutral replies. It never sends them.
House rules
The Butler reads, sorts, files, tracks, reminds, and drafts. It always asks first before sending anything, paying anything, deleting anything, changing a password, or contacting anyone, including the other parent and the school. It never guesses a date or an amount.
How it works
Before you start, install Grok Bot on desktop and phone (the Start Here guides) and connect Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive. Already have the Butler Bundle? The setup keeps rooms you already have and adds only what is missing.
