Snap & Budget: snap the bill, Grok Bot tracks it
Take a photo of a bill or receipt on your phone and send it to your Grok Bot. It reads the payee, amount, and due date, puts the due date on your Google Calendar with a reminder, logs it in a Google Sheets budget, and each morning tells you what to deal with first. It never pays anything, and if the photo is unclear it asks instead of guessing.
What it does

The house rules
The Butler reads, logs, tracks, and reminds. It never pays anything, asks before contacting anyone, and never guesses an amount or a date. If the photo is blurry or shows two amounts, it asks you.

Does Grok Bot pay my bills?
No. In this guide the Butler never pays, schedules, or authorizes a payment. It tracks, reminds, and tells you what to focus on. You pay your own bills.
What if the photo is blurry?
It asks you. The house rule is never guess an amount or a date; anything unclear is marked not verified until you confirm it.
Can I send the photo from my phone?
Yes. xAI's mobile docs say you can take or attach a photo in a Grok Bot chat on iPhone or Android, and on iPhone you can use the share sheet. On Android the share sheet currently accepts text, so attach the photo inside the chat.
What apps does it use?
Google Calendar and Google Drive, connected from Connect apps in Grok Bot. If your Connect apps list shows a Google Sheets connector, the Butler edits the Sheet directly; otherwise it keeps the Sheet in Drive.
Does it contact billers?
Not without asking. It asks before contacting anyone and drafts anything for your approval.
