Appliances and warranties
Warranty claims need three things: the model and serial number, proof of purchase, and the warranty terms. All three are usually lost by the time you need them.
A warranties Sheet linking to receipts and manuals in Drive fixes that. The bot can pull receipts from email and check CPSC's recall listings in its browser.
What's possible
- Warranty end dates and reminders
- Manuals saved as PDFs
- Product recall checks
- Claim drafts
Why it matters
One successful warranty claim can pay for the whole effort.

The setup, in short
The Vehicles & Home Maintenance guide covers:
- Warranties sheet
- Manual library
- Recall checks
The house rule in every Butler guide: the bot reads, sorts, files, tracks, and drafts. It asks first before it sends, pays, deletes, or contacts anyone, and it never guesses a date or an amount.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need the paper receipt?
Often a scan or email receipt works; check the warranty terms.
Product registration?
The bot can fill registration forms you approve.
Extended warranties?
Track them in the same sheet with their terms.
